The best way to make a reflection blanket is by following these simple instructions:
1.Start by cutting a large rectangle out of heavyweight fabric. The blanket should be at least 66" x 84".
2.Next, fold the bottom third of the fabric up so that it forms a triangle. This will create a cozy corner for your feet when you're lying down on the blanket.
3.Now, fold the top two thirds of the fabric over the triangle created in step 2 and pin in place. You'll now have a completed border around your rectangle.
4.Next, cut four squares out of each corner of your reflective fabric and hem them by sewing or zigzag stitching them together. Don't forget to leave an opening so that you can see out.
5.Finally, sew or zigzag stitch each square in place along one long edge making sure to leave enough room at either end for turning it inside out later. Now you're ready to lie down and enjoy your beautiful reflection blanket.
