Cleaning and organizing commercial coolers
To clean the inside of your commercial refrigerator, you need to remove all of its contents, prepare a soap solution in a bucket, then wipe everything down with a towel. If possible, remove shelves and drawers for a more thorough cleaning.

Clean your coils-The harder your fridge works to keep its contents cool, the more likely it is that it will spoil. If your fridge rolls are covered in dust and other debris, it means your fridge is working harder than it should.
To combat this buildup, we recommend cleaning the coils at least twice a year. This must be done while the device is turned off. Hence, it is helpful to plan for this in advance so that you know you have some storage space in the fridge.
Check your seal- If your seal is loose or torn, cold air may leak from your device. The elements closest to the door will experience temperature fluctuations and your refrigerator will have to work harder to maintain the temperature.
Use a thermometer to make sure the device maintains temperature. Leave the fridge/freezer thermometer on your device and you will see at a glance that the temperature range is in the safe zone.
